  • Yes! We are fully licensed through the State of Oklahoma, bonded, and fully insured. We also carry a comprehensive liability insurance package of $1,000,000 in coverage. We are fully committed to operating safely and responsibly.

  • Prior to hire, each of our cleaning technicians undergoes a rigorous identity verification and background check process. As part of our hiring process, we conduct 3 separate interviews with each of our cleaners to ensure they are a good fit for our team.

    Through these interviews, we select candidates who have proven themselves to be fun, hardworking, truthful and good core value matches for our company culture! We want to ensure we provide our clients with the very best professional cleaning technicians!

  • Scheduling your first cleaning is easy! Simply fill out the questionnaire on our website by clicking the “Request a Quote” button located in the top right-hand corner. Once you’ve submitted the form, expect a call from our team to schedule an in person quote/walkthrough.

    The walkthrough is essential for us to tailor our services to your specific needs and understand you and your home better. It’s an opportunity for you to point out any areas requiring extra attention or any fragile items to avoid. You may also provide any relevant information about kids or pets.

    We value this step as it ensures we can deliver the best possible cleaning experience tailored to your home.

  • We require a card on file to confirm your booking on our schedule. For recurring clients, your card will be charged in full on the 1st of every month for that month’s cleanings.

    You won’t have to worry about paying invoices late or lifting a finger to ensure we get paid because it’s all automatic.

    For one-time clients, your credit card will be charged the following day after the cleaning takes place.

  • We can provide our services when you are at home or away. We just need to discuss how you would like us to gain access to your home.

  • Every cleaner on our team is pet-friendly! However, we prefer you to be present to introduce us if you don’t have your pets kenneled up. If no one is home, furry friends must be kenneled, in a closed room, or outside at the time of our arrival.

    This is just to ensure that no animals are accidentally let outside while we bring our supplies and equipment inside. We just want the best for your fur babies!

  • Tipping your cleaner is 100% optional. If you wish to tip your cleaner, cash is the best option.

    Our cleaning technicians always appreciate it when you tip!

  • We use QuickBooks to process all credit card payments and store billing information. They are secured by DigiCert, the leading SSL Certificate authority.

    In addition to that, we are also PCI compliant. PCI compliance ensures compliance with The Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS), a set of requirements intended to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

    If you ever want to cancel services we will always erase your billing information completely from our system.

  • We are happy to make any changes to your scheduled cleaning if the request is within one business day from your appointment. If not, it will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

    If we experience a lockout or are unable to obtain access to your home within a 15-minute window, a $50 lockout fee applies.

  • Nope! To process your credit card, we just need a credit card authorization signed which states that you give us permission to process the credit card on the first of every month.

  • That’s perfectly fine! If you have a specific product that we need to use, an area that needs extra attention you can let us know during the walk-through.

  • You will receive a $25 credit towards your next bill every time you give us a successful referral!
